OUR WEIGHTS ARE RECOMMENDED FOR THOSE WHO:
- Have misplaced weights for their weighted vest. Often people with Sensory Issues, ADD, ADHD and those on the Autism Spectrum find weighted vests helpful for self-regulation.
- Would like to try a different weight than was originally ordered for their vest.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
- Removeable J-shaped neck weights and rectangular body weights are used in our weighted vests.
- Weighted vests should be used under the direction of a trained professional such as an occupational therapist.
- Although specific weight sizes are assigned to specific standard vest sizes, please order the weight that you need. The weights associated with the standard sized vest is NOT based on research.
- 12 weights in total are included in each vest. Usually 4 neck weights and 8 body weights.
